I found it very easy to manage my account online. Updating payments, checking a balance, etc... When I did my application, the rates were reasonable with clear customised loan rate and loan value. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2020

I found the whole process a very positive experience. The members of staff were very polite, friendly and helpful especially when dealing with any queries. The whole process was dealt with very quickly and easily making it as pain free as it could be. I would have no hesitation in recommending a Bamboo loan to family and friends.
