The team at Bamboo gave excellent customer service. They made the process of applying for a loan easy and provided support swiftly when required, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic when I needed a payment holiday on my loan. Bamboo Loans are an exceptional personal loan provider, always ensuring that loans are affordable and manageable for their clients. My personal interaction with their customer service team when wishing to pay off a l7mp sum and reduce overheads was excellent.
