The service with Bamboo online was seamless, with no need to speak with customer service. Email updates and monthly reports helped me manage my re-payments. I have used Bamboo a few times and each time they have more than exceeded my expectations. I needed a personal loan and then a top up and the staff were very knowledgably, happy to help me by providing the quick service that I needed and kept me informed of the progress, I would recommend them and definitely use them again.
