It was an easy application but my phone would not activate certain thing but the staff was very helpful and talked me though it step by step and also came up with different ways to over come the problems. Once agreed the money went into my bank very quickly Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

I contacted Bamboo to enquire about a personal loan. The staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything in great detail and were very happy to answer any questions I had. They made the process very easy and my requirements were sorted and finalised within a few hours. I would have no hesitations in recommending Bamboo for their excellent customer service.
