I contacted Bamboo to enquire about a personal loan. The staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything in great detail and were very happy to answer any questions I had. They made the process very easy and my requirements were sorted and finalised within a few hours. I would have no hesitations in recommending Bamboo for their excellent customer service.
