I would have no hesitation in recommending Bamboo Loans to friends/family in the light of my own personal experience with the Company.

The IT system is easy to follow and I found the staff I dealt with to be very professional and friendly. After approval of my personal loan application, the funds were transferred very quickly into my Bank account. Reviewed on: 26th April 2018

Fantastic customer service

Needed a loan and contacted bamboo who had everything in place within a couple of hours and money paid out within 24 hours contacted bamboo on a few occasions and staff have always been chirpy happy and very helpful fantastic service all round highly recommend this company and will use again 1st class service and company well done Reviewed on: 26th April 2018

Worse customer service

The after loan support is disgusting non helpful asking for my gurantor medical records as states I can’t make the payement for 1 month can I defer adv the guarantor is in hospital after major surgery they said they need to speak to them and see the medical records adv it is one month.
