Very understanding with the change of peoples situations during the coronavirus pandemic. I become unemployed and became very stressed about repaying my loans, upon speaking with Bamboo customer services who where trained to deal with my situation to my need I was granted a 3 month break for my repayments. the Bamboo team are very helpful and understanding people, they really helped me out with a loan to purchase my first motorcycle, the whole process was so fast that i Don't think it was even a full week! Guarantor was checked and approved within a day, i would recommend bamboo loans as the best guarantor loan provider, period. Reviewed on: 18th June 2020
