The application process was very easy and all online. The communications were simple to follow and prompt. When the current crisis started they contacted me to see how they could help. They even sent me a simple text to ask if I would like a payment holiday, all I had to do was text back the number of month holiday I required. Every other company I have had to deal with through this difficult time has made me wait in phone lines that were never answered. Absolutely brilliant company to use, Applying for a loan was so quick and easy that I was genuinely shocked when I got a notice of acceptance, so shocked that I then rang the team to see if it was actually legit! Sure enough, it was, money was in quick and I've been paying back monthly, easily without issue for roughly 8 months now. Almost at the end of contract, and I've definitely already recommended Bamboo to friends and family, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future! Big thanks to bamboo for helping me out!
