Customer service/care

I was having so.e financial problems and thus couldnt make my payments. And at the same time I changed jobs and my pay type switched from once a month to weekly. I called up the customer service and they were very helpful and understanding. They managed to help me sort out my payments by giving me a breathing space for a few months so i could sort things out, and they also changed my payments to weekly so that I could get back on track. And keep paying back. I have used bamboo previously and they are always able to help when needed Reviewed on: 21st February 2026
