Easy, Excellent and fast

Initial and first scheduled payments are too close

First loan payment is just 2 weeks after the initial payment. They set loan payments at the beginning of the month instead of defaulting to a month after the initial payment is taken. For a weekly paid person, that's not helpful as we don't get a full month's income at the end of the month. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Considerate, efficient experience

I was feeling a bit desperate and in a difficult medical situation and the team at Bamboo were so good and considerate during all our interactions. I also appreciate that there is somewhere I can go online to find out everything I need about upcoming payments, the opportunity to pay off earlier, and general guidance. Great job all round! I found the bamboo web page very helpful and easy to use. More on that is that you can make your monthly payment early. Pay off the next payment or even pay off as much as you want extra to bring your loan to an early settlement. Fantastic Reviewed on: 27th February 2026
