Helpful, reasonable and easy going.

It’s daunting for anyone to reach out for any kind of loan, but Bamboo was so helpful, so reasonable and very easy going. I’ve had to speak to customer services on one occasion with regards to topping up my loan, and she couldn’t be anymore helpful and cheerful. 10/10. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025
