I never had the problem when I tried to receive more information or whenever I contact customer services. The loan process was quick and the money reached my account within short period of time. There is also plenty of information on the website in case you need to enquire about anything. Reviewed on: 26th May 2024

They can do a better job

Good lender to choose when you do not have a better way of borrowing money, i.e. banks. However, I would argue that they could do a better job in giving people better rates on loans. Basically, a 49% APR is a rip off. Reviewed on: 26th May 2024
