Professional and straightforward - just what we like!

Bamboo was very professional and helpful when I needed their help. It’s just a shame that as a previous customer, I was declined another loan after I had paid off the first one - I’d like if they considered returning customers on a different scale than a new customer as my credit rating is bad but I’ve proven that I can manage my repayments! Overall a good company, but bad value

Overall a good company to deal with, just keep in mind it works out as 50% or for every £1 borrowed, you’ll pay back £1.50 so not very good value, but when in dire need, they’ll do and could help you out of a bind like they did me.
