Straightforward process

Got the loan through ClearScore with the Triple Lock guarantee, given it is my first loan and not a very known company, so my APR is quite high but they are still very helpful. Managing your loan through the account has also been simplified, when repaying large amounts you do need to call if any credit has built up so the repayment plan gets reworked, and the helpline is very helpful.
