Bamboo Loans: Excellent, Efficient & Easy Loan Provider

Me and my partner had our wedding booked from last year however, after saving up we were hit with the news of expecting a baby (which comes with its additional costs). As a result we were in need of some extra cash to help pay off some things for the wedding and after a few searches and a referral I came across Bamboo Loans. The application process was really QUICK, no time wasting with a user friendly website. Within JUST a FEW MINUTES I received an approval email and CONFIRMATION asking me to log in to sign the agreement. The agreement was clearly written with the APR rate and repayment schedule etc. and was able to sign this all electronically! (No stress of having to print, sign and rescan back in... phew!) Once completed I then received a email confirming PAYOUT by 1pm the next day! It was such a stress free process and since making monthly payments I have received reminders by text and email and have also spoken with the bamboo team directly on the phone who are also very helpful offering ongoing support. I didn’t have the greatest credit when I applied but good income and history of making repayments however, they also offer a guarantor loan service for bad credit. Even better... I managed to get a NON GUARANTOR loan which was even better for me! I would certainly recommend BAMBOO Loans :) Reviewed on: 16th June 2020

Great service

Bamboo have been a life saver, sadly I was on long term sick when this was taken out and I needed it just to keep a roof over my families head and food on the table. Thanks to the bamboo loan, I've managed to get myself a new job and everything is finally looking up. They're customer service is fantastic and they're website to manage your account is so easy to navigate. If ever I need help of financial support again, if definitely come back to Bamboo. Outstanding service.

I applied for my loan and received it promptly. My regular payments were set up via direct debit. I was contacted to make sure I was happy with everything and explained I could change my payment date if needed, so I did so which really helped. I paid my loan off early and because I did I got an early settlement figure. The thing I love the most about Bamboo is that when you log in to your account online everything is so clear to understand which gives you peace of mind! Thanks again Bamboo! Quick, easy and great customer service.
