Review of the Bank of Scotland, Tracker Rate Mortgage:

Terrible service, lost our details

Dealing with Bank of Scotland has been terrible, we have an old mortgage that we're paying 4 times the initial price for. BOS moved their mortgage services to Halifax, BOS didn't help facilitate us and we weren't told of the move, they lost our details while we kept paying into an account that they didn't seem to know about half of the time. We borrowed a lump some and tried to give some money towards our mortgage and were told it was an old account, we tried to pay in and they said they had no details of the account and that we couldn't pay in person! That we could send the money by check in a post, we decided against against it knowing how they've treated us in the past. Terrible service! I wouldn't recommend them at all.
