Easy and user- friendly account, extra help with mobile app, friendly team, no extra charges for speed money transfers, Good international rates (you don't have to be afraid to pay by card on your abroad holidays). Tie your hand behind your back and stick a PINsentry device in your mouth.

Award winning online banking? You cannot do anything of note without a PIN device. Can't change a password, can't set up a new account, can't transfer funds to a new person. Barclays want to force you to live your life carrying a small device around and without that device... if you lose your card... your screwed. You'd think at that point you'd give them a call but without a separate pin for telephone conversations then again... your screwed. Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

I have found Barclays to be okay to deal with the app is excellent to use I’ve been with Barclays now for some 40 odd years and have had good experience in the past that little sad to say that all banks today there is no personal touch when it comes to asking for a small loan down to an overdraft of £100 they don’t understand how that works I have to ask Computer for years ago it went on marriage other than that probably the best bank Reviewed on: 11th December 2018
