Excellent app

Easy to you! I did find this app very easy to use and I never ever had any problem with Barclay's app. Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

Improvements can be made

I don't really like having to change apps to be able to use my card on my phone via contactless. It would be more convinient to have my cards added to Google pay or Samsung pay as I'm on android just the same as you would have on apple pay but barclays refuses to work with Google pay, so I'm having to still change apps if I want to use any other card, it's no different than having to take out your wallet to find your card. But mobile is suppose to be quick and more convinient, well not for barclays. The blue reward scheme is not great at all earning £7 return a month while having to pay £3 a month anyways as a fee leaving you with £4, not the greatest reward to have as other banks offer better pay. Always helpful.

My experience of banking with Barclays has been really good, both dealing with them in branch and when using the on line banking app. They keep me well informed without always bombarding me with pointless letters and emails. Great features

I lost my debit card last week and was so relieved to be able to temporarily freeze it in my mobile banking app. Barclays sent me a new one 2 days later :) Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

Barclays Bank to me is the number one bank in UK because they have excellent services.

To open an account with Barclays was one of the easiest things I have done. It was so fast and simple. They have also ensure that I make a swift transactions and have really cared.
