My mortgage process was delayed because essential questions were not asked promptly by Bath at the outset. This delay ended up costing me over £1000... My mortgage process was delayed because essential questions were not asked promptly by Bath at the outset. This delay ended up costing me over £1000 due to being on the SVR with my previous provider. The app itself is difficult to use and lacks necessary information accessibility. While I was satisfied with the rate during my mortgage term, any potential savings were negated by the delays in the initial months, largely caused by Bath. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Bath and will not return. Read more Read less

Charlotte on the chat helped and was very good, polite and quick to respond. Very good. Ultimatley she could not fix the problem but got me to the person who could which was Chris on the phone. Chris was also excellent and ran me through all the steps needed as there had been a system glitch. I am now all set up an Chris then also sorted the transaction I was looking to do.
