Atrocious customer service

I applied for a fixed term ISA. Deposited funds weren't acknowledged or immediately applied to my account. All attempts to contact the Building Society via... I applied for a fixed term ISA.     Complicated trust process made easier through BBS

    Kelsey was so helpful. A trust is a complicated process when you are also dealing with probate and death and she couldn’t have been more patient and helpful.
