Returning customers, cannot rate this company enough!

We have used Better twice when remortgaging, it was so simple, I didn't need to speak to anyone on the phone it was all done by email which was much easier for us, our advisor was absolutely brilliant and got us the best deal. Communication is immense, emails were replied to VERY quickly and we were kept up to date at all times. Will be using Better again later this year when our mortgage deal is up and for once we actually don't dread it now as the process is so simple! Reviewed on: 27th February 2025
