I’ve always had a very good experience when trying to use better to find my next mortgage. I have used them twice now to find my next mortgage. They have always been very efficient in finding me my next product. If I was to have any questions they would provide a response as soon as possible. The experience that they have a 2nd to none. We were struggling to find a lender and our initial mortgage broker was ignoring us and taking weeks to get back to us with more information. Jamie May went above and beyond to find us our deal and help us with the application process and any questions we had. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

Advisers work flexible hours and are available evenings and weekends to discuss mortgage needs. I wasn’t sure which deal was best for my mortgage but everything was explained to me and made it easier to make a decision. Communication is easy and straightforward. No jargon! Great experience overall got my mortgage sorted within under a month which I needed, only thing which could be better is phone lines I was never able to get through in a morning, midday or evening, requested call back which sometimes I would receive but always got a reply on email Reviewed on: 8th April 2024
