Excellent customer-centric service

After switching brokers I realised what I was missing. Jamie was informative, knowledgeable and polite. He gave me practical options and was patient in hearing my concerns and plans to come up with the best option, which I believe I received. 2 months later he sent a mail confirming that I was still on the best option based on my objectives. Informative, helpful, and fee-free!

I've found Better to be so helpful with arranging my first mortgage. They are quick to respond, and are happy to answer all my questions - and there are a lot, being new to the home buying process! I appreciate that there is no fee to use their services - I initially was working with a private broker who would charge a substantial fee for arranging a mortgage so I was amazed to receive a better service from Better for free. They really try hard to explore options for you and get back to your queries quickly. My contract is quite awkward as an agency worker but Priyanka managed to find a lender who would accept most of the income as basic pay (although they didn't accept the full income). Reviewed on: 4th May 2024
