A helping hand when you have no idea what you’re doing!

I can’t believe this is a free service! I had phone calls from them nearly every week to check in and help me with every choice I made. Everything was explained to be simply and without judgment of me not really knowing very much about mortgages at all! I only bought my parents house from them (which I had lived in anyway for 20 years but they were ready to retire and move somewhere quieter). I just wouldn’t have known what to do without Trussle/Better’s help! I started with Ian Mathias helping me, he is so friendly and informative and I spent the most time talking to him. Christine Brain helped me a lot near the end of mortgage acceptance and she is a lovely person to speak to on the phone, good sense of humour and bubbly. Niladri Chakraborty got all of my policies sorted very quickly and easily (mortgage protection etc) and explained to me why I needed them. And finally Kate Williams was another informative clear talker, all the staff I spoke to are just good at their jobs and get it done quickly and clearly for us and it’s all free!
