Good service unless your advisor is taken ill...

Advisor was off sick and nobody else was able to pick up our remortgage matter, leaving us very close to missing deadline and dropping onto SVR. Had to chase for updates. £50 cashback offer was welcome but only a small portion of their commission. Reviewed on: 10th March 2024
