From the first conversation and all through the complicated process of changing Mortgage lenders and a change of selected property, the Better.co.uk Consultants and Advisors were on the case to explain every step and make sure we were happy with the journey. They were all friendly and took the time to find the best options, then walk us through the correct information we need to get a mortgage approval. They also supported us through the life Insurance process to make sure we were properly covered and understood the options. Thank goodness we chose the team at Better! Reviewed on: 10th March 2024

The best mortgage brokers I’ve ever used! Better securing my mortgage was the least stressful part of my whole moving house journey! All staff I spoke to were so helpful and replied to all emails and phone calls, I never once had to chase them up. I am also not very experienced with moving house but they explained everything and were so patient with me! Thank you to everyone at better that made my experience great, I would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 10th March 2024
