Trustworthy, supportive and professional

Trussle took the pain away from our mortgage search, we could easily keep up to date with progress and check documents through the portal and when we had a query, it was answered fully and effectively in a timely manner. We chose the message service and email, but could phone also. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Absolutely brilliant service

They have been helpful from the start, they took the time to go through my needs with me and source the best possible mortgage for me. Simmy, my advisor was in frequent contact updating me regularly and fought to get me the right mortgage. Faultless in every respect and friendly throughout

Our re-mortgage was certainly tailor-made for us and suits our circumstances and future plans perfectly! Trussle was with us every step of the way and our advisor Wai-Hah Li, was always available to answer questions and provide updates. Throw into the mix that Covid meant that businesses had to quickly devise ways of home working without disrupting clients. I thought that Trussle handled that transition seamlessly. In the end, we got our new mortgage, on time and without any fuss or hassle. We will certainly use Trussle again and recommend them to anyone! Reviewed on: 7th April 2021
