As a first time buyer I found everyone at better to be so helpful. They guided me through the process step by step and I never had to chase anyone for replies or feedback. I had help with not only my mortgage but getting my life insurance set up too. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Good start, but need to improve back end processing

Experience was alright to start with, I got connected to an adviser quickly but after submission the process ironically felt archaic with lots of docs that needed sending that didn’t feel relevant. It was the most complicated mortgage process I’ve followed. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
