Faultless in every respect and friendly throughout

Our re-mortgage was certainly tailor-made for us and suits our circumstances and future plans perfectly! Trussle was with us every step of the way and our advisor Wai-Hah Li, was always available to answer questions and provide updates. Throw into the mix that Covid meant that businesses had to quickly devise ways of home working without disrupting clients. I thought that Trussle handled that transition seamlessly. In the end, we got our new mortgage, on time and without any fuss or hassle. We will certainly use Trussle again and recommend them to anyone! Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Thanks for the great service

Being in my 50s and not sure how to get a mortgage at my age was worrying and stressful. After using a different broker and being let down by the service they provided I tried Trussle and had a great mortgage in place with fantastic interest rate within 4 weeks. Brilliant!

Had an excellent experience with trussle who secured a great mortgage deal for me and handled everything like pros, communicating really well, staying patient when I moved the goalposts once or twice and all with a friendly, professional demeanour. Great communication throughout COVID

I used another mortgage broker in the past but they really let me down this time around in terms of communication so I contacted Trussle on a whim. They were super quick to respond, explained everything in layman's terms and very proactive - I never had to chase them for any answers. They also got me a brilliant rate I wouldn't have found by myself in a market where deals seemed to be changing and being withdrawn daily - particular shout out to Alston for pulling that off.
