TERRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY STEER CLEAR!!!

TERRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY STEER CLEAR TERRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY STEER WELL CLEAR!!! COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY CREDIT RATING! I was out of work whilst in hospital after a severe heart attack. Despite communicating this to BetterBorrow and providing them with time frames until I was back at work, they still defaulted me and sold the debt on after 3 months regardless of my situation. I complained twice, yet they refused to accept my offer of payments clearing all arrears, were totally rude and blunt with me and offer no help or sympathy. COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY CREDIT RATING Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
