Efficient communication

The loan process was quick and simple. I receive a reminder every month to notify me when my payment is going to be taken from my bank account. The online portal provides me with the information I need to plan ahead e.g. when my loan ends and how much I have left to pay off my loan. Satisfactory

loan process was efficient via online portal and I liked that I had access to my loan history. The only downside is the interest rate was much higher than other providers so I refinanced at a lower rate when possible to do so. Reviewed on: 19th July 2022
