As an existing customer, we approached Beverley Building Society about renewing our mortgage as its term was ending. Again for the second time we cannot fault the service and attention to our individual needs from start to finish. Jacob kept us informed from start to finish. Slight hiccup but overall excellent customer service

The process for re-mortgaging went well although we had a hiccup on completion day as funds didn't seem to arrive with our previous lender when they were supposed to. The problem was resolved and the customer service following this hiccup was very good. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
