When I crashed my bike Bikmo were very supportive, explaining what was and wasn't covered and arranged for my carbon framed bike to be sent to experts to check that there were no hidden defects caused by the crash. Claim process was painless

Following a crash and the resultant broken frame I submitted a claim for the damage. From submission to claim agreed took only 7 days [including the weekend] with the monies in my account 3 days later. Very personable and knowledgable without hiding behind 5 syllable technospeak words. Competent and contactable as in my experience I have not had to wait to speak to a human being if I wanted to check something. Saying that, the website is clear and professional too. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023
