Bikmo represent great VfM and service.

I had an unknown cyclist crash into my bike whilst I was on a leisure ride in August 2022 at a roundabout in Irlam Manchester. I contacted Bikmo to report the damage to my bike ( broken chain & seat stay, broken derailleur , buckled wheel etc) My claim was assigned to Josh who is an absolute credit to Bikmo. He contacted me every step of the way and made everything effortless, 1st class communication and a favourable out come. I have such faith in Bikmo that my new bike is also insured with them. 100% peace of mind
