Good support when I fell off my bike

I came off my bike riding fast downhill. I got concussion, a broken shoulder and damaged my bike, helmet and clothing. Bikmo were clear in telling me what is covered (cycle equipment such as helmet, gloves and shirt) and what isn’t (prescription glasses). My bike has a carbon frame so they paid for an initial assessment at my local bike shop then for a further inspection by carbon bike repair. I was sent a detailed report of the condition of the bike (frame had no damage apart from superficial scratches) and the price to replace wear and tear items not due to the accident such as the bottom bracket. These were good prices and my bike was returned in excellent condition. Reviewed on: 13th October 2022
