25k Car I cant use!

Bought a Ford Kuga in Feb 22 two days later all four tyres were flat turned out to defective tyre valves dealer replaced. July 22 reoccurrence dealer replaced. Sept 22 reoccurrence. Have contacted Black Horse and they want 52 days to investigate now, after numerous calls, some without getting a response, Black Horse want me to book the car, a 25k car, their car, into a ‘Quik Fit’ so that they can verify the defect as they are of the opinion the valves are being tampered with! Basically they are leaving me to pursue the dealer on their behalf ay my wits end. Don’t use Black Horse for the purchase of your car their customer services are a disgrace. Looks like I will have to go to the Ombudsman. Reviewed on: 5th October 2022

Decent and well known company

Got my car finance through black horse and I honestly can't complain with the service I have received from them. They were very quick in approving my car finance and offer me a payment holiday when I had some trouble making payments recently. Short and honest

I have used black horse finance on a few occasions. I have found that the process was simply and quick. They also do keep you updated with letters. I think I would be better to have information sent via email just to save on paper/carbon footprint. I overall happy with the service. Reviewed on: 15th June 2020
