Totally amazing

Super understanding and friendly/personable

They were very friendly, easy, understanding to set up a loan, very personable and clear. During the pandemic they were so understanding, friendly and offered help to release some of my savings when payments were taken and I couldn’t afford it, the advisors I spoke with did everything to help was like talking to your mum for help. Called to check up and see how things were going until I got back on my feet, didn’t get that with other company’s I had to deal with when they called it didn’t feel like I was talking to someone that understood. Great company wish I had know about them before and will defo recommend and use again if needed. So easy to do through my wages as well. Reviewed on: 31st July 2021
