Amazing customer service

Helps me Save

As a single parent, when times got tough, Boom Credit Union helped me with an affordable loan to buy a car so I could travel to work. In the course of this loan I saved alongside it, as well as saving for Christmas. With Boom it wasn’t just about lending money, I was helped into the mind set of saving which has stood me in good stead. Patient and human

Staff go over and above duty

Staff have taken time to explain the process clearly. They have also done extra things, such as doing an online transfer for me, to create a 'pathway' for me to see when I do online banking transfer. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2021

Providing financial help to those in need

I find it worthwhile to put my savings into the Boom Credit Union because I know that my money can contribute to the funds available for people who need loans and might otherwise fall prey to loan sharks.
