Amazing service and fantastic people

Boom really is a wonderful Credit Union to use. The people at my Boom CU are knowledgeable, kind, considerate and they will go out of their way to assist you in any way can. Not only have I managed to save beautifully for when it has been needed but I have also been helped out of the odd sickly situation too with a loan that is useful, fair, quick and fits my personal circumstances. They don't allow you to over borrow and they will assist you to the best of their ability should you have a slight problem with payments at anytime. I really can't recommend Boom CU enough! Helpful, friendly Boom!

Opening the savings account was easy. Obtaining on-line access was painless too. On the very few occasions I have had problems there has always been someone to talk to who has been able to resolve the problem. Great service. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

Savings made easy!

I've been saving through the PAYE scheme with boom Credit for about 6 years and its helped immensely with building up sums which I have been able to access as soon as I need it. This has helped me save up for a holiday, some renovation projects and any unexpected expenses. Doing the PAYE Savings means that I don't have to think about saving! The Boom website is also user friendly whilst still secure and withdrawing process is simple and easy- All in all a stress free way to savings! Reviewed on: 21st July 2021

Really quick and easy

I have been involved with the organisation from the very beginning and have seen how the savings are used to help people. I have seen the improvement in customer service for borrowers and particularly their sensitive approach to people who are struggling to repay debts. Reviewed on: 19th July 2021

Help when you can - help when you need it

I have been saving each month direct from my salary which means the money never touches my bank account so I get used to budgeting within a regularly reduced salary. I am happy to forgo interest as it is good to know Boom can offer fair rates of interest to borrowers whichhelps people avoid exploitation at times of need. It is also reassuring to know if things change in the future I would know where to turn for a reasonable loan. Reviewed on: 16th July 2021
