Great & Community spirited

The service I have had from BDCU has been amazing. Their staff team are kind, caring and individualised in their approach. They are an honest team and do not set unrealistic expectations when asking about products. They are very community orientated and support the folk of Bradford. We have had loans from other companies and saved elsewhere - BDCU are fair and realistic - they do not allow people to borrow over their means, at the same time as offering support to those where other options may leave them vulnerable. help when most needed

I have joined the credit union and use this to save money from my wage before it comes into my bank, this is a great way to save and help me in my times of need, they also provide the option of a loan in hard times with very good competitive interest rates which is useful when in hard times. I am also aware that they provide a loan to purchase a vehicle to continue supporting employees to carry on with their job providing they use this vehicle for the purpse of their job too.
