Awful customer service. Probably couldn't be worse.

Can't get through on the phone, the app works when it wants to and even if you make an appointment, they forget you're coming. You have to bang on their door, and they get upset because they don't like that. Awful customer service. Probably couldn't be worse. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2025

Last year I took out a loan with Bradford Credit Union, and I must say, the experience was great overall. The loan was very affordable, with competitive interest rates that made repayment manageable. The best part was how quickly everything was processed—I got approved within a week, which was a huge relief. The customer service was decent. While not exceptional, the staff were helpful enough to guide me through the process. I was so satisfied that I recommended Bradford Credit Union to around 10 people, and they also got approved for loans without any hassle. The only downside They don’t have a referral program! It’s a shame because I would have loved to earn something for bringing in so many customers. Despite that, I’d still recommend them for their affordability and efficiency. If they ever introduce a referral bonus, they’d be perfect! Reviewed on: 10th June 2025

BDCU dont help like they say they will.

They keep receiving emails for loan offers and deals and how BDCU are supposed to be there to help lie income households. So I applied for a loan but was refused because of my LOW INCOME!!. Still receiving loan offers via email though despite being turned down which I find very frustrating!!not to mention personally insulting! Reviewed on: 7th June 2025
