Super Efficient with Genuine Super Service

I have saved and borrowed over the years with BDCU and have always had excellent service. The progression to on-line has been such a plus, being easy to navigate and access accounts. The staff are so friendly, efficient and queries are dealt with the same day. Security checks are always carried out which gives fantastic peace of mind and I have recommended to all my colleagues. Bradford District Credit Union savings

I find BDCU a great way of saving from my wage each month and I can access the app to see how much I've got saved and transfer to my bank account. When I lost my phone and needed to update my details it was done securely and easily. Staff have always been helpful. Reviewed on: 9th May 2023

I have been part of credit union for over 20 years and find it a great way to save. I started with a small amount each month and now save £250 per month. This helps me pay for holidays and it soon mounts up. So easy to withdraw my money too Reviewed on: 9th May 2023
