No fuss just simple and straight forward service.

I was looking for a better quote than what my previous insurances company had given me on my renewal and did a compare the market search and managed to save a £100.00 a few day's later I returned to check the quote and a new search was done and Bright-side appeared. Can't get a reply

Got a very favourable quote, but didn't want to accept for four weeks. I was told that the quote would stand for 30 days. When I went to re-new the cost had gone up considerably. However the original quote accepted eventually. Although all the paperwork was online and easy to access, I did send my proof of "no-claims " by Email twice, with a request of confirmation that they had recieved it. got no reply to any. I can only assume that this was recieved and accepted as I have a certificate of Insurance now online, replacing the cover note. A bit frustrating when you have to chase everything !
