Cheap and easy

I checked on four comparison websites when my insurance was due for renewal and Brightside came out tops in terms of value for money. Reviewed on: 25th July 2017

Too expensive

Far too expensive and difficult to get hold of .. average call took 15 mins to be answered ! I had to cancel my policy because it was over 50% more expensive that other insurers Reviewed on: 24th July 2017

Crap Telephone person

Your man on the phone waffled on and on, mostly stuff that I totally didn't understand. When I told him that I could not open the renewal online because I didn't have correct ref. No. He then proceeded to send the policy on line, hence I couldn't open that either. Reviewed on: 24th July 2017

Easy on line car insurance.

I have never used an on line insurance before, and although it was my first time, I had no problems, I got a call from Brightside, and a nice chap called Luke who gave me lots of help,and got me a better deal for my car insurance than my current insurer,who I had been with for many years. many thanks to Brightside for saving me money. Motor Insurance

Very easy web site with application process quick and relatively painless. Competitive price. I very much hope I never need to know how well you deal with claims but if I ever do I sincerely hope the claims department is as efficient as the sales department. Reviewed on: 24th July 2017

No bother at all
