I have never had so much gratitude for Customer Service

I truly am pleased to receive this email to be able to share my thanks to Brightside staff. The Customer Service I have received on 4 separate occasions have been exceptional. I am grateful for their assistance in reinstating my car insurance. I suffer with bi-polar - some days I’m on top of the world other times I want to hide from the world. I did not provide my NCB or licence details within the time period and only on the very last day and very last hour did I finally contact Brightside by telephone. I had just lost my job due to my illness (I don’t blame the company at all, I wouldn’t have employed me). My depression had kicked in , I had just £40 in my bank account. The staff were so empathetic to me and did all they could so that I wouldn’t be fined or policy cancelled. I went through three departments who all worked together to get me up and running again without penalties. The staff are helpful, understanding and keen to assist even though it was a Friday afternoon too I think! Reviewed on: 9th September 2019

Happy Customer Alert

I did my renew all online due to a good reduction offer. The site was easy and i didnt have to waste 20mins talking to somone. If the offer still stands next year or better.... then im sure to renew again Reviewed on: 9th September 2019

Great insurance at an reasonable price would recomend

Looked around for a while online looking for best level of insurance for value for money. Bright side come top of my list for being competitive whilst giving great value and level of cover.
