Low cost high level of customer service

It was fantastic to find a quote well below my current premium but with the same features and benefits. And then to get through quickly on the phone to a friendly and straightforward person who quickly and clearly sorted out my policy. 5 star insurance company

I have my car and van insurance with Brightside. From start to finish the service is all round amazing. I would definitely reccomend anyone to use them. I can guarantee you wouldnt be disappointed. Reviewed on: 12th September 2019

Good value but a lot of extra documentation required for insurance set up

The insurance quote was better value than most and offered a lot of extra perks as standard; however, too many documents including proof of clean driving licenses were required which I’ve never been asked previously. I submitted these to the website but only after doing this 4 times did it accept the documents (this took an unnecessary long length of time), Reviewed on: 12th September 2019
