Savers are not rewarded

That it's a mutual & (relatively) local. I know you operate in a competitive market but I still believe there are not enough bonds giving savers a reasonable income. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2020

The Bucks is best

Although I haven’t lived locally for many years, I still have an account. The savings interest rates are always competitive, and when I need to withdraw or have any enquiries, they are always answered and acted on promptly. I never need to speak on the phone, so cannot comment on how I am dealt with, but the customer service I receive is very very good. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2020

Differentials

Happy with my experience, but would prefer to see a smaller differential between the remuneration of the Board and Non-Executive Directors, and your valuable staff. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2020

Better saving rates to compete with the new banks Reviewed on: 30th March 2020

Generallly pleased but room for some improvement

Living in the village the location of BBS is very convenient. The service is good however, would like to see improved accounts for children as currently saving rates are not competitive. Reviewed on: 30th March 2020

The most reasonable financial institution in the country?

I like being associated with the Bucks BS. In particular, it pays its executives a reasonable amount, not an unbelievably eyewatering amount. This is enough to keep me with them: but they also pay out as good a rate as yo will find anywhere as a saver. Reviewed on: 30th March 2020
