Someone drove into the back of my brand new car when I had only had the car for 3 months! Reported it to Budget to make a claim, they got Enterprise to manage the incident and supply me with a rental car until my car was repaired. Car was taken to main dealer within 2 days and repaired within a week. The whole process was well managed and totally stress free. Being able to manage my account online was great too and meant I was always able to access my documents, add or remove additional drivers, etc. Any dealings I've had with customer service have always been good too.
