Then I spoke to a manager called jody who apologised, but went on to say the agent who took money needs more training ect, but again have to wait til she called me Monday, she left message to call her for the refund of £50 also £50 compensation, she didn't answer, I rang the company they said jody will call tomorrow! Reported it to Budget to make a claim, they got Enterprise to manage the incident and supply me with a rental car until my car was repaired. Car was taken to main dealer within 2 days and repaired within a week. The whole process was well managed and totally stress free. Being able to manage my account online was great too and meant I was always able to access my documents, add or remove additional drivers, etc. Any dealings I've had with customer service have always been good too.
