By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

What's not to like....

By Miles cut my base premium by more than £250.00pa and because of lockdown I've saved money too. The pay-by-mile scheme makes you think about whether a journey can be done a different way (walking, Public Transport, Cycling). I now cycle to work at least 3 times per week!! This really is a fantastic concept By miles is exactly as it says and works for low mileage drivers and certainly for myself What you drive you pay for at a great rate simple Also with the by miles app you can keep up to real time costs along with other great features on the app I recommend it to anyone and have Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

I couldn't be more happier with By Miles as my current insurer. Every step of the joining process was easy and any questions I had were answered by a real person in a few short minutes.
