By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Brilliant concept and really affordable for customers. You can track the car, monitor miles (certain journeys make you think twice about starting the car and opt to walk) and brilliant customer service. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

The right way to do car insurance!

The service that By Miles offers is really what car insurance should be about, you pay a flat rate for your car being parked etc. & after that it is a flat rate per mile driven. I have come nowhere near close to the prices i would have paid had i taken out a standard car insurance policy. I cannot rate it highly enough x Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

The best car insurance, ever!

The best car insurance, ever! Saved so much money on my renewal - fair, honest and quick service! Very generous referral scheme too, which puts you in control of how much you really can save; my last years worth of monthly driving statements have been paid entirely through referrals. The app is great too - staff are very easy to get hold of via live chat, and are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I have not had to claim (and hopefully will not need to) so can't relate to any experience in this area, however I cannot fault any part of my experience with By Miles to date - they've been a game changer for me!
