I would highly recommend this insurance to any driver, good rates, a responsive customer service who are also understanding and based in the UK, the app is also very good and means that you have transparency in what you're paying for so overall I am very impressed and satisfied indeed. Following the Covid lockdown I have been travelling a lot less for work and as a result, having moved to by miles during lockdown, have saved a lot of money compared to my previous insurance. So far I've had a brilliant experience with By Miles.... they are contemporary, modern, simplistic, qwerky and great value for money. Transparency is a big pulling point when it comes to. insurance and the By Miles are certainly 'Miles" ahead of any other insurance company right now. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
