By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Still in my first year with ByMiles but was persuaded enough to try them and so far they've been as described. Quickly received their dashboard device and can monitor my miles on the app with how much each drive costs. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Cheapest insurance with helpful staff

I can honestly say I have recommended Bymiles to my family who don’t drive many miles. Right at the beginning I had a few issues with my tracker and the staff where there ready to help me straight away, this is so far the cheapest insurance company I have ever gone with and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Simply brilliant, no fuss, easy to contact customer service

So being a low mileage driver has helped greatly this year to save on my insurance, I was worried that it would cost me much more as i make a trip to london every couple of months to see my in laws, but with by miles as it is capped at 150miles per day this has helped me save greatly i couldnt fault them. Whenever I've had a query it was easy to get in contact throught the app via live messaging if you have any simple queries and easy to make changes to your policy too. Overall great insurance provider couldnt have asked for any better. Hope to renew next year. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

I found By Miles last year and have been thrilled to renew wth them again this year. I love the ease of making the initial policy, the fair (and lower!) rate for my loyalty, as well as the excellent, wholly individual customer service offered each time I have needed to be in touch. Added to that, the lovely, informative and useful emails that occasionally drop into my inbox are great, particularly the playlists most recently sent.
