AS A DEDICATED GRUMPY OLD TECH-PHOBE I HAVE TOTALLY SURPRISED MYSELF WITH THIS ONE. THE PRICE WAS THE LOWEST AROUND BY FAR FOR ME AND MY CAR AND I FIND THE 'BLACK BOX' REASSURING AS A LONE FEMALE DRIVER. EMAILS AND BY MILES DASHBOARD ARE VERY EASY TO NAVIGATE, NO DIRECT DEBITS JUST THE SMALL MILEAGE PAYMENTS TAKEN FROM MY DIRECT DEBIT CARD EACH MONTH. SWIFT RESPONSES TO ANY OF MY ADDITIONAL QUERIES. Excellent service

Being a sad old fart & way past my sell by date I had a few queries when I joined. Replies were very quick and the staff friendly and efficient, nothing too much trouble which is not always the case with many companies. By Miles - a new approach to car insurance.

This company gives the best customer service I have ever come across. You actually get to speak to a specific person in the UK!
